Five Hour Playshop: May 17 1-6pm in Pacific Beach with Master Yoah Jack Wexler, Ph.D. and Kamala Devi   For some the words, Sex, Love and Enlightenment evoke excitement ….. and for others, various degrees of fear.  How does it feel to you?  What is your body’s response?  Can you feel emotional reactivity?  Do you feel contracted or expanded?  Energized or energy depressed?  Loved or left out? Awakened or asleep?

Awakening the energies the Life Force is your path to joy, happiness and fulfillment.  Relaxing fear and contraction will allow you to feel more joy, sensuality and pleasure in your daily life.   I invite you to awaken the Life Force and channel the sex, love and enlightenment energies to create joy, empowered living and fulfillment of your heart’s desires.   There are three realms of consciousness that are focused upon in Sex, Love and Enlightenment: earth, sky and heaven. In this playshop we will take systematic steps to awaken the chakra energies that culiminate in divine consciousness.  Like climbing a mountain, you get to the top by starting at the bottom.

The first realm is called the brahma granthi.  This is the realm of sexual pleasure, desire for power and survival.  Activities and exercises will activate, awaken and purify this earth element.   The second realm will focus on the vishnu granti charkas.  This is the sky realm of air, prana or breath.  It includes speech, compassion, the heart and the beginning of divine inner sight.   Techniques that focus your attention to activate, awaken and purify this realm of consciousness will be practised.   The third realm is that of direct knowing, self realization and divine consciousness.  Energetically and physically this third region is from the eye brows up.  This is the realm of enlightenment, ecstasy and samadhi.  Exercises include enlightenment dyads, tantra soul seeing and guided meditations.   When the sleeping kundalini or suppressed Life Force is aroused, stimulated and the activated, the Life Force moves from the earth to heaven, from separation toward union. Your awakened soul begins to fly up from the sexual earth realm into the sky heart of compassion and flies into the heavens of expanded consciousness of direct knowing.
